Finishing Operator I
Job Summary:
Perform final and WIP inspections of injection molded and machined products for defects and assist with movement of materials. This position will work closely with all departments and will receive direction from the Manufacturing Manager, Quality Manager, and the Finishing Supervisor
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Duties/Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- 100% visual inspection of product prior to packaging and shipment
- Loading of seal rings into cure tubes for heat setting, and removal of seal rings from
- cure tubes to perform visual inspection before shipment
- Move product to and from shipping including parts or shipping materials
- Load and unload tumblers with product, visually inspect when complete
- Maintaining a clean room-type environment for the part inspection

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience in manufacturing beneficial but not required
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work overtime as required.
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while inspecting parts.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
